Community Based Supports
Community-Based Supports are personalized services that help individuals with disabilities or other challenges actively participate in their communities. These supports are designed to promote independence, enhance social skills, and improve quality of life by assisting with activities such as socializing, building relationships, accessing community resources, or participating in recreational activities.
Supported Employment
Supported employment is a service designed to help individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment find, secure, and maintain competitive jobs in the community. It typically involves personalized assistance such as job coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure success in the workplace. The approach emphasizes integrating individuals into regular work settings alongside non-disabled peers, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to thrive in their roles. Transportation
Transportation services provide individuals, especially those with disabilities, older adults, or others facing mobility challenges, with reliable and accessible means of travel to reach their destinations.
